A Bit of History – About Kilmore
Kilmore is a traditional stone-built house, thought to date back to the late 1800s. Nestled along the South Crieff Road, it has seen Comrie grow from a quiet Perthshire village to a vibrant destination for lovers of the outdoors, history, and culture.
Their Family home for over 45 years. Kilmore has kept much of its original character—notice the thick stone walls, deep-set windows, and traditional timber features. The house has been lovingly updated to offer all the comforts of modern living, while still honouring its past.
You’re not just staying in a house—you’re part of its continuing story.
